Rental terms & collection
The default refundable deposit is 33.33% of the equipment’s stated value, unless a fixed RM deposit is shown for that gadget. The deposit is separate from the rental fee. Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before the agreed rental start; later cancellation costs 20% of the total rental fee, excluding the refundable deposit. Late return is charged at 2× the standard single-day rate per overdue calendar day (Malaysia time), with any part of a day counted. Payment: DuitNow or bank transfer.
Collection location and time will be arranged when your booking is confirmed.
