Message us to confirm the rental fee, refundable deposit (normally 33.33% of equipment value, or the fixed amount shown on the gadget page) and pickup or delivery details. Pay by DuitNow or bank transfer.
Return the gadget and included items at the agreed time; we inspect within 24 hours and refund the undisputed deposit within two working days after inspection.
RENTZY is a gadget rental service in Malaysia. We arrange gadget rentals and event gaming personally, with service areas in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Seremban.

Choose a gadget and dates, then send a WhatsApp enquiry. We confirm availability, rental charges, the refundable deposit and collection or delivery arrangements before you book. Checking dates alone does not reserve equipment.
The default deposit is 33.33% of the equipment’s stated value, separate from the rental fee. If a gadget has a fixed RM deposit, the amount on its product page applies instead. Check the product for its RM amount. Where a gadget value is not yet listed, we confirm the value and deposit before you book. We inspect returns within 24 hours and refund the undisputed balance within two working days after inspection.
Our service areas are Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Seremban. Confirm the exact handover point and time with us. Delivery availability and its charge are agreed before booking; delivery is not automatically included.
We accept DuitNow or bank transfer. Payment instructions and due amounts are confirmed through our business WhatsApp contact. Contact hours are 8am–10pm, Malaysia time.
Late return costs 2× the standard single-day rate for every overdue Malaysia calendar day or part-day. An overdue period crossing midnight touches two calendar dates and counts as two late days. Contact us before the agreed return deadline if you need an extension; availability and approval are required.
Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before the agreed rental start. Later cancellation costs 20% of the rental fee, excluding the refundable deposit. See the rental terms for refunds and changes.
